We keep hearing that America has become a service economy, and even so, you frequently hear about how bad service is everywhere. In a recent marketing meeting, we were discussing our outreach and positioning efforts, and it dawned on us that our service is pretty darn good, so why not let our clients and prospects become better aware of what we have to offer?

This month we’re introducing our new Pinnacle Support Plan featuring services to get our solutions evaluated and verified even more quickly for prospects, as well as ongoing extended support programs to ensure production continuity for our customers. New Year Questions – Help us help you.
